I may be female but this pisses me off, if a man had done that he would get life in prison wtf makes it ok for a women to abuse a child. Put a bullet in her forehead and let the buzzards eat!
Do you want to get coffee sometime? Because you have become a hero among heros to me. Your comment spoke to my soul. I too have a burning hatred for sick freaks such as this. While other feel the same, they dont usually take kindly to your bullet through her forehead, which I strongly agree with.
I feel like death is the easy way out. They would drug her to the point that she wouldn't even realize that she's about to die. I feel like she needs to either be in solitary confinement or be stuck with a bunch of women who have also been abused so she can know what it feels like to be abused and have no way out.
^ wow savvy I actually have always believed that as well! the family and the victims will have to live with it for the rest of their lives, so the offender should spend the rest of their lives with the consequence as well, rather than death, because after they are dead they won't have to live with it, but the victims will.
A lot of the time, people who get the death sentence have no regrets. These are people who decided to commit the crime regardless of how it hurt their fellow man. Life is more than those people are worth. Millions to keep them alive and comfortable, thousands for lethal injection.
It would be better for everyone if the state simply forked over 50 cents for a 9MM bullet. I'd happily squeeze the trigger, free of charge.
PS: We should also acknowledge the possibility of a Hell existing after life.
I can see your point, and it does make sense, specially with all the commodities that many jails have. but if we were to incarcerate someone, and I mean on a cell all day, every day, with only basic needs to survive, there is no human that will even have "no regrets" If there is one thing that terrifies humans is to have their actual freedom taken, if you doubt it, well history will say people will die for it. It is impossible to incarcerate someone in a cell all day every day, many people would shout "human rights" and all that, but as someone that studies the human mind, if this was a possibility, I can guarantee, with time, you can never escape your mind. a
And if all you have is time to sit there with your mind, it will sooner or later bring forth all that you have done to haunt you, the human mind is our strongest weapon and biggest enemy.
Assuming the mind is working the right way, but I still get your point. A fate worse than death would be suitable punishment. Only problem is, I don't feel they are worth the money or the effort.
Do you known what else could save millions of dollars? Killing them before the court of appeals and shit. If someone is getting charged for something deserving the death penalty, even if they arent 100% guilty, they are probably still shady as fuck...

wait she started to do the thing with a six year old?
Technically if they want equality, punishments for breaking laws should be equal too!

This is fucked up, yes, but again, nothing to do with feminism. Her sentence was not decided because of a feminist group or cause. She should absolutely face harsher consequences.
True that her sentence was not decided because of *feminism*, but it sure seems like she got a MUCH more lenient sentence than a man in the same situation.
This is extremely wrong. I cannot BELIEVE that the judge would let her get away with this... She should get life, at least, and her quote is just sickening :(
Here's an article about it y'all. According to this the sentence was harsher. (Not as harsh as it should be in my opinion)

I want to kick that smug look off her face but I would probably (Being in such an amazing world) would be sentenced for "Risking a woman with trauma, even more emotional scarring"
We should tie her to a pole and let rabid rats eat away her vagina. Love being a women then you disgusting freak. (Coming from a mother of two young boys)
How do people know that he was more lenient just because she was a woman?
Maybe he was more lax with the punishment because she had blackmailed him into lessening the sentence.
