As a practical guy, I wonder how difficult it would be to keep this clean

Uh no you don't bleach a crystal I guess you could just take a toothbrush and scrub it :)

Would be ridiculously hard to clean. Best solution in my opinion would be to put a clear acrylic on it or something to fill in the spaces and make a smooth bowl. It might not look quite as neat (or it could look better depending on design) but if you don't that would get dirty and stay dirty pretty fast.

Nah it wouldn't be too hard. Just fill the sink with a water/bicarb mix and let sit for an hour.

Exactly, it's a non caustic, high power cleaner, great for everything :)

I use this tip to help disguise the smell of corpses as well as disposal of said corpses as it slowly dissolves them without the stench of lye.

Not to mention that that is something along the lines of a $3000 plus geode.

I think if you're rich enough to own that then you would be rich enough to pay someone else to worry about the cleaning

Peroxide works wonders for cleaning.

I would just smooth out the crysals, it would probably look nicer too. At least to me.

Excuse me, my first concern would be that it would scratch my hands to pieces.

If you tried to use a sponge it would tear the sponge apart
