When my student loan provider sends me a happy birthday email

It's tough for a foreigner who studies in the U.S to get a loan. Yes there are programs but they are limited. Most loans require that a U.S citizen has to be the co signer of the loan you apply for. It's possible

I would like to study medicine (Trauma Surgeon) and do have family in the US. But my country has great universities can I study here and work there then? (I'm sorry about all these question, you don't have to answer if I'm bugging you. Sorry haha)
