His punishment is way too harsh though, four months of not being able to play footie at all. That hurts Liverpool more than Suarez and they had nothing to do with it. People have purposely tried to break people's jaws or legs and only get like a 5-8 game suspension

You have to understand that the World Cup is on a larger scale than any regular game. The whole world is watch and if they were to lenient on him FIFA would be greatly critiqued.

Just because more people watch doesn't mean the punishment should be more harsh. If it was a World Cup game that wasn't televised would he get less of a suspension?

He should be banned from playing for money ever again. What kind of sport is one where players like this are allowed to continue. 'Oh but he's losing 3million dollars'. Don't care. He's got enough money anyway, 3 million is nothing for him. Kick his sorry ass to the curb and no one else will follow his lead.
