They used these way back in the day. I say it on pawn shop. They contained a highly combustible fluid that would burn up quickly, suck up all the oxygen and that would essentially kill the fire.
I love Borderlands 2. I level 50'd all the characters except Krieg the psycho and got my Commando to level 64 and had tons of lvl 50 legendary's after farming the crap out of boss after boss. Basically I played the ever living shit out of that game so much that everything just felt repetitive after beating all the DLCs. And now I fear that the presequel is not going to live up to everyone's expectations. Hopefully it does, but I'm not feeling it.
Iwillloveyou if you have this for PS3.
But seriously, if you were playing solo, I can see how this game might burn you out, especially if you're doing all the badass challenges and legendary hunting and whatnot. I'm lucky enough to have one guy I play with that's pretty cool, so the game never feels like a chore.
I have it for 360. But yeah I did play it solo. I couldn't find anyone that played as much as I did lol. Sometimes I had people to help me out but 99% of the time I didn't. That's why I loved the bee so much before they nerfed it, I actually had a chance doing solo stuff against raid bosses. And when they raised the level cap, I didn't feel like getting to lvl 72 and re-farming all of the bosses for lvl 72 legendaries. So when I beat all the dlc's it was kind of over for me. But I still refer to it as one of my favorite games of all time and the game I have spent the most hours playing.
This is why I never farm. I just play through with all my guys and give the weaker ones the hand-me-downs. The only exception being The Warrior. I moonshot glitched his butt for a day or three for all his legendaries, but just on playthrough 1 with my Axton. It probably wasn't worth the effort, little as it was. I haven't even used my Impaler, which took the longest to drop, because it seemed cheap.
Yeah farming gets old. And I agree most of the legendaries I think shouldn't even be legendaries. The only one's off the top or my head, except grenades and shields, that deserved legendary status was the conference call (the only useful thing dropped from the warrior IMO) the norfleet (rocket launcher), the baby maker, and the infinity pistol. I actually have a lvl 7 infinity pistol off one of my playthroughs that it dropped the first time I killed him so that was awesome. I probably will get the presequel, but wait for reviews to see if it's going to live up to borderlands 2, or at least be worth playing.
