To be honest, I've only ever watched for a minute or two while channel surfing, and I have yet to encounter a section that digs this deeply into stupidity.
You should consider yourself blessed, then. Watching Fox news programming drops your IQ. They'd believe a bruised apple was a sign from Jesus about dinosaurs not being real.

That's incorrect, Smitty. While they had a legitimate concern about the preparedness issue and Bush's response, only the nuttiest thought that Katrina was anything but a natural disaster. Mitigable for sure. Caused by any human device - especially a human so lackluster - is pretty much hammer to the head stupid.
