So, there was a school dance coming up and everybody was asking everybody out and this guy asked to go to the dance with me, and I politely said I was just going with my friends. Five minutes later he asked again. This repeated about 17 times. The 18th time I was just so done I said "I DON'T FUCKING WANT TO GO OUT WITH YOU!!!!". He asked me again the next day.

Guys are more complicated than this, I guarantee you. It's always useful though, to manifest and talk about your feelings, be that for anyone, your mum, friends, romantic interest, anybody. People can't read minds and in general, they're pretty blind for all the signs, too.

As much as this is right, it's not always. Coming from a guy, if you push him away, he'll try to figure out why. If you act broken, it will give him another reason to stay. If you walk away, he'll want to run after you but Is afraid of what will happen if he does. This only happens if he truly loves you
