A chopped up log is no longer living, no matter how it's shaped.

It is also fucking teaching us, and decreasing the ignorant rebellious population that you seem to enjoy being a part of. If you actually hate education, you are a cancer to society. Postic some poorly drawn propaganda with the word "accurate" as the title is incredibly stupid. You aren't providing any justification for your argument, and you therefore look like some 14 year old who hates school and wants to seem philosophic. Grow up, fool.

School isn't what it used to be. You can get more educated from the internet than the teachers(not all of them) who just want a paycheck. Hell, education is more about getting a letter grade now. One of our top 10 in the school just exploits the gpa game and often cheated through a lot of work.

Dude teachers get very little money for the work they have to put in, so no they don't work "just for the paycheck"

These are so incredibly small minded.. If you don't want education, fine. Go back to only rich people being literate and being controlled because you're not educated enough to change the situation

I don't see this as a good thing but I also don't see it as a bad thing. Yes it's shaping them, helping them and educating them, but they're all the same. Any individuality or creativity that does not neccasarily accord to the social norm or wouldn't be deemed 'acceptable' by society is chopped away.

But this picture isn't very accurate either. It looks like his first day of school and there has never been a class of kids that have been exactly alike. Even when you're older, in high school or college, some kids may be afraid to be themselves but never have we all been the exact same.

I think everyone just needs to take a deep breath and explain their opinion calmly... We really don't need any fighting, guys.

Sooo... Is the teacher forming us into who we are today? Or is our wood being cut by our teacher?
