Where was this? That's how you demand to have a voice! I'm thinking this was the South America about a year ago?

even if this is just a parade, it's not like they wouldn't have some police control
because if they didn't people might go crazoy in the streets or something
honestly i would think there should be more for a crowd that big

This was in Turkey in 2013 where people demonstrated against the police because of the Gezi park in Istanbul.
