Native Americans hunted the buffalo for food, tools, weapons. They didn't kill them for fun, buffaloes were a source of food for them. Then the natives were introduced to horses, hunting was made easier for them and thus decreasing the population by a little. What caused the buffaloes to be nearly extinct was the U.S. Government. They killed most of the buffaloes to defeat the native Americans and take over their land.
Madmonster123 was who I was aiming this at mostly or any native that may have felt the way monster did sorry for the confusion. Honestly it would only bother you if you were native from a native perspective. I also understand what bothers monster about this post. I'm simply saying it didn't bother me (as a native)
