I just finished the game today, and I don't quite think they will be able to capture the game in a single movie, and the voices... I don't think I could stand any other voice for Ellie. The characters became so real to me, the story hit so close to my heart, a movie just re telling the events of the game... I'm on the fence about it

I know what you mean, but I intend on watching it no matter how poor the reviews are. Im just a little girl when it comes to things like this lol.

They've been announcing it for like 6 months (well, in Japanese), and were auditioning for extras to be made into titans and stuff. (There was a car commercial advertising it too, if I remember right)

It's going to be completely different from the game. I think it will stay with Ellie and Joel but I don't know much else after that
