I'm not sure why people are claiming Photoshop on this one. There are tons of differences in the 2 photos. Angle, lighting, most likely different cameras, exposure, ect. This is why most people with cameras aren't good photographers. Lots of subtile differences make a huge impact on the overall shot.

clearly the first one was taken in summer and with a better camera that's why it looks better. it's even from a different angle

Photos also never reflect what you really see with your eyes. With photoshop you can get closer to reality without transforming too much!
