Actually that's exactly what he meant. If you're not smart enough to not choke on a giant plastic egg inside a chocolate egg, you don't survive to pass along your genes.
The plastic egg isn't the main concern. (Although, babies can choke on anything that fits through a toilet paper tube.) The toys inside the egg have small parts. Children from birth to three learn in part by exploring objects with their mouths. It's nothing to do with intelligence.
I believe it was George Carlin that said that the kid that jams the most nickels up his nose does not grow up to have kids of his own.

Warning labels are there to inform parents that the toy contains small parts that pose a danger to young children. Letting those kids die will not improve our gene pool.
What do you mean "gun fetfish" because I'm pretty sure that it's the same ten percent of people voting for it. I mean, if you ask anyone in pretty sure we all think guns are dangerous. It's the government.
Did you know that Canada actually has almost the exact same number of guns per person? The U.S. has a lot more guns and a lot more people. So it mainly comes down to the people. But also, with more people, there is a bigger likelihood that there is an irresponsible person with a gun
