Apparently I have no idea that I'm flirting sometimes, because people think I am when I'm not. When I'm trying to flirt it goes completely unnoticed. WTF?!

well, if all else fails, you can always ask her if she likes you likes you. As I girl I would gladly clear things up. :) It's true that sometimes we ourselves don't know how outher percieve us. I know people who normally talk to people like they're hitting on them. It's just their way of behaving. That's why it's important to ask and check, if things are too muddy.
