Water actually IS a cure for many, many things. I swear I got 70% healthier when I set one of my daily goals to drink so much water it'll make my pee clear. Selling it as a legitimate cure for a fuckload of money is horrible scumbaggery, though.

Yeah, it can help with a lot of things, but it won't cure any diseases. Proper hydration is important for staying healthy, but it's no miracle cure.

Distilled water is actually UNHEALTHY. Or at least, the intake of it on a daily basis is unsafe.
