I'm the same age, and I can assure you when you lose that imaginative thinking you're just another boring person. I'm just like you, but I've seen people who don't think like us in my life, and they're usually boring and not fun to be around because in their mind, "they're mature". But in reality, they're just no fun. You can be mature and fun at the same time. It's all about when you decide to think like that. With your friends, definitely. A job interview, no.
