Unless your my doctor, friend, or family member my health is none of your business. How would you like it if people you didn't know came up to you and started telling you how to live your life all the time?

Not how to live my life, but giving advice on something. I listen to everyone's advice, then take the decision myself.
Someone giving you "health advice" you didn't ask for basically means "you're fat, and I disapprove and think you're stupid enough to not know this information." guess what fat people KNOW the concept of diet and exercise it is impossible to live in this country and NOT know because if your doctor doesn't tell you your school's PE program or the media will. Every single overweight person I've talked to finds it incredibly demeaning to be told how they should eat or exercise by someone they barely know. According to my psychology professor telling people with any kind of eating problem including anorexia "Oh you should just (insert crappy generic advice) and everything will be better!" is completely ineffectual and will often make it worse especially if it is unsolicited. Also most strangers who "care" are simply looking for a situation in which they can feel superior and express their disgust of fat people without the repercussions of being out right rude.
Just because they're fatter than you doesn't necessarily mean they're unhealthy, depending on how big you are. Even people who are slender can eat unhealthily, just like people who are large can eat healthily.
I am what you'd consider overweight, but am trying to set a record deadlift and squat. My BP is like 125/79, and my good cholesteral is double what's normal for a man my age. I don't offer
unsolicited advice, but if there's a discussion about lifting, training, or diet that I know about, why wouldn't I chime In? There Are still people who believe things that are totally wrong, but I shouldn't correct their false or even harmful notions?
