I heard a story of a high level exec who during thier lunch break, went and bought a blister packed product and cut himself pretty badly opening it.

It turns out that a freind of his worked for that company, also a high level exec. He called him on the phone and asked, "Who the FUCK designed this packaging and why do they still have a job?"
