that's because black vs Caucasian affects more than just skin, it also affects bone structure and development, so it's understandable they'd end up looking different.

My best friend in highschool has a younger brother who is white and his twin sister is black. Its not as uncommon as most make it to be.

They aren't identical which means that the eggs were fertilized separate which means that she could have had sex with a white man then a black man and have two separate eggs fertilized by to different men and this happens.

Nah, I heard that when one of both parents of the parents are black, there is a small chance for the twins to have both different skincolour, I think.
