Ah i see how that works. Skin doesn't revert back into place, that is why you see abs and chest muscles and muscles over all, but the skin, being too outstretched previously and later making that spot its natural spot, is all flabby.
It's would be a lot easier to grow some yourself. They slowly pump up a balloon to grow extra skin. I think if you donated it, it would probably be rejected by the patient's body
