Took me a minute

I turned my phone in every angle possible and then it hit me.

This is unbelievably cool.

First I thought the sidewalk was a flying saucer flotin' over some building.

I sat here for 15 mins thinking the pic was a drawn image of an upside down world. And I laughed because I was like ha, whoever built the upside down world never thought the water would just flow down. And then it hit me and now I'm laughing and I can't stop

This scared me at first.

am i the only one who noticed at first glance and so confused what are you guys confusing at?
