It's worth it, I get at least two every time I go to Thailand. You get out and your feet feel so soft

Some spas have these little fish (I forget what they're called) that will eat dead skin off your feet. I've been told it doesn't hurt a bit and just really tickles.

It's not very sanitary though, so I'd avoid it if I were you. It can do a lot more harm than good.

I had once booked such a session at the spa. They called it fish pedicure. It took me 20 minutes to put my feet in that bucket.. It was a 30 minute session -.-

My problem with that is how do you know it's not leeches?

Don't swim in lakes with leeches

I did it in a lake in Greese, don't understand why people pay money to out their feet in small aquariums for this.. So much better in the lake!
