Ok here's the deal- it's not really his fault at all bc the bridge ignored several ice berg warnings and was going at top speed just to beat other liners, if they were going slower they could have avoided the berg. And imagine this, your in a crows nest in the middle of the ocean and it's pitch black outside and you can barely see and thing and ontop of that some dumb shit lost the binoculars. So this dude couldn't even see the iceberg until it was smack dab infront of the titantic

Or that one Mexican president who was in office for 45 minutes
