I get this all the time when people find out I'm learning Japanese. I usually call them a fucking idiot in Japanese and tell them it meant something else

I hate it when I'm in the middle of drawing something and someone comes up and asks "oh did you draw that?" no i just pulled it out of my asshole and began adding a few extra scribbles
It's even worse when you refuse to do it and they're like "ok whatever, now I don't believe you are actually a *fill in the blank*" or something along the lines of that
For some reason nobody believes you can do something amazing unless you show them or prove it. Like seriously, it's not a big deal people I just brought it up because it's a conversation starter.
Ugh, so annoying...
