It's just a creepypasta but it's awesome nonetheless.

How did he speak or feel pain if all of his senses had been eliminated?

He didn't feel pain, it was stated. and some deaf people aren't mute and can talk

They took all his senses away when he was old, so he would have known to talk beforehand

I wish there were more specific names or dates. Like the mans name or the hospitals name. Even the name of the doctor or half of a name would help.

So I found out that the teqnique the doctors supposedly used is called sensory deprivation. It's been a practice for a while and it is mainly a torture devise. The story itself is from creepyasta and probably a hoax.

Actually, there are tanks that you can sit in called sensory deprivation tanks. They're soundproof, pitch black inside, and the water is body temp so you don't really feel it. And people have had some insane " hallucinations "

nuh that's something else. (WARNING SPOILER) They just basically torture the women till the verge of death until they stop feeling anything where they die and come back for a while so they can tell this clan lady what death is like. So it's not quiet the same but you had a good idea

Guys, this is obviously untrue. Please stop trying to destroy what little faith I have left for humanity.

The man probably went crazy. That long without interaction with anything can cause serious psychological problems

This picture is actually a picture of the infamous "golden needle" treatment. A fake experimental treatment that took advantage of lower class citizens by offering money in exchange for allowing "treatment". This picture shows the 'treatment" which was actually just the collection of spinal fluids for tests. The victims were given placebo drugs to convince them the cure was real. Over 90% of the subjects died because of the dangers of spinal puncture. Most of the nurses admitted to their knowledge of the testing.
