The fact is, that "fat" and "skinny" are ugly words, and if people judge you more about weight than by your personality, those people aren't worth your time.
Which is why i opt to use "Healthy" And "unhealthy".

If you learn to accept your appearance for what it is, your life gets a lot better real quick. When I started high school, i accepted that not everyone is going to find me attractive and after that, it became much less upsetting when people didn't. Also, it's not about counting how many who aren't supportive of you but being thankful for how many who are.
There's a children song in spanish that goes somewhat like this:
"An elephant swung on a spider web, as he saw it resist went to call another elephant, two elephants swung on a spider web, as they saw it resist went to call another elephant..." and the song goes on and on adding elephants to the unbreakable web.
And this post sound exactly like that.
This is the only comment that makes sense.
It's not about your appearance being acceptable to others. It's about your health being conducive to a decent length and quality of life.

Wow. That legit hit me. Not because I'm one of the s***-flingers, just because it's a serious problem.

They like you for you, not your looks.
