But isn't it kind of technically both water and land? If we turned it into water like all the other countries the water would still just freeze over again. If we turned it into land it would still be snowy and icy

well, parts of the antarctic are ice, but there is a continent of land there. I think you're right in that if it went along with the other continents, it would freeze over, but as a sea

Maybe we would have a shortage of water, lots of more pollution and sea animals would die at a faster rate... Maybe.
