People, calm down. This was written as a joke. It probably didn't really happen. I remember hearing this joke ages ago.

Drink driving is not funny, it ruins lives. Last week I had to try to resuscitate two people who were hit by a drunk driver, they both died, one had a five year old child. They guy driving didn't want to pay for a taxi. Drink driving is a selfish and stupid thing to do. Please walk home if your that drunk, no one should have to deal with that kind of thing.

As if there were bars especially for drunk drivers... It's. A. Joke.

Instead if being the designated decoy why isn't he just the designated driver?

It's illegal for a cop to wait outside the bar like that.
