So, it has the lack of protection of the bike, and the electricity dependence of the car.. Quite useless

Someone hasn't read the zombie survival guide. Bicycles >>>>> automobiles. The electric part is pointless. Even if it's charged by pedalling, it's just another part that'll eventually break down. Repairing a standard bicycle is much easier, and you can carry the tools on you as they're not too bulky.

If the electrical doesn't charge via pedaling, that part will be useless once the guys at the electrical plant get eaten.

Why the electric motor? It's just additional weight when there is no power to charge the heavy ass battery. Bikes have always been and should saty analog.
