It could happen before this decade is out, but only if NASA were properly funded.
.
The annual NASA budget is equal to ONE HALF OF ONE PENNY for every tax dollar spent. That's equivalent to an average of $9 dollars of most Americans annual income tax. You probably spend more at Starbucks in a week than the government invests in NASA per person, per year.
Me too. I was so glad when they set the DLC Burial at Sea there. I'm in love with the whole 60s atmosphere of the place. I also like the slight horror tendencies in Bioshock 1 and 2, and how they play with the idea of scientific experiments gone wrong. Infinite was a great mindfuck, but it wasn't nearly as scary. Besides, I find the science topic more appealing than the religious one, even though there's a lot of science in Infinite too, obviously. Columbia is very nice, but Rapture will always be my favourite.

*silence because owns Infinite but computer runs it very slowly*
Please tell me you played Bioshock 1 and 2 before Infinite :D it's awesome cause you understand 99% more references as to what's going on, especially later in Burial at Sea :)

Nope. I could probably pick them up for PS3 fairly cheaply. If I had any money.
*hugs you* I never thought I'd find someone who likes the first two more than Infinite! Everyone's going crazy about Infinite, and yeah, it was awesome and mind blowing, but the atmosphere of Rapture and that badass plot twist in Bioshock 1 are just what I fell in love with. Plus the multiple endings and the freedom of choice (which is quite ironical considering what kind of characters you play in those two games) are just top notch things.
I absolutely loved the second one. I always got a little sister in the beginning of every place so I could carry her around with me through the missions and listen to her funny commentary lol. But I loved having her gather ADAM and being the awesome protector the most.
I personally liked the first one more because the story seemed deeper and more emotional to me, but I absolutely adored the part when you played as a little sister in the second one. The world of little sisters is so adorable even though the reality is a bit different.
Guys my brother lets me play bioshock 1, 2, and infinite in his PC. Anyway for April fools he said he had to delete it because his memory was full! (He's in college). But he didn't and now I can finish it!!
That is actually not an insurmountable obstacle. The fascinating thing about this is that it isn't as crazy as it seems.

At an altitude of roughly 50km/31mi, the air pressure and temperature range is the most Earth like in the solar system. (1 bar and 0'-50' C) This means that an EVA outside the habitat would only require a respirator and poncho.
Columbia, 1914 the government only released the one picture (the one you see on bottom) it's a real place but their was a lot of fighting over the leading position and the whole place disappeared in the clouds.

And we love them both.

Venus city: city floating on clouds
That's actually a pretty good observation there, man.
