I am technically still a kid and can disprove this theory. Plus, I have found the original Trix shapes in Israel.

Trix were round for almost 50 years before they did the fruit shapes.

My mom never remembers them being shaped like fruit and always thought they were round. IT ALL MAKES SENSE!!!!
