***Spoiler alert*** in the end the demon side of him dies (I think Seb is stabbed with a heavenly blade, I can't remember) and he lives for a few moments as a nephilim

Same. I really did like not-demon Seb. He would have been the best big brother to clarry. I really loved the ending to the book though. One of the few times I have been satisfied with an ending.
