I'd get too mad when I lost the game and then the walk across the street would be very awkward...

no. that's bullshit. maybe it's in a little place in germany that no one knows. i lived in 3 big citys in germany and never ever saw this.

It was installed for testing in Hildesheim and Oberhausen. Sadly, it will probably never be a thing. They made a crowdfunding campagin that reached only 2% it's goal:
