I am not bothered by it, its just that (mostly because I am born in the west) I think face veil isn not really neccesary, if you dress modest and wear a nice scarf to cover your hair, it is good, its hard to cover the face too and it is not obligatory either
just an opinion tho
So you're saying even though half their face is covered and only their eyes are showing and they're pretty - that's what makes her beautiful? What about the millions of people with not so attractive eyes? Why are we focusing on outer beauty again?
does anyone here know what modesty means? modest is the person who doesn't brag about their beauty. it has nothing to do with the amount of clothes they wear.
I do wish females would walk around with soem more clothes, though. it pains me to see teenage girls sporting crop tops and goose bumps. that's neither attractive nor healthy.
A woman can wear whatever she likes, be it a hijab or stripper heels, if she's happy and confident in that outfit then she's beautiful. Modesty has nothing to do with beauty, thats just being patronising. End the end its not about what a person wears but who they are.
Can I just say that I think a lot of the time people confuse the meanings of the words"beautiful", "pretty", and "sexy". To me, they are three totally different things/ideas.
"Beauty is in the eye of the beholder."
Everyone has their own idea of what is truly beautiful. Just because it doesn't match your opinion of beauty doesn't make it ugly or wrong.

She could be extremely beautiful half naked too, for all you know. Be comfortable with what you wear, no matter what that is. Confidence is beautiful, strength of personality is beautiful, being who you want to be is beautiful. Just don't wear things to try to get attention, wear them because you like them... And also be mindful of where you're going. If you're going to a formal event, skinny jeans probably not the way to go. If you're going somewhere public, have some decency for others as well as remaining comfortable.
I don't see what's wrong with showing shoulders, or even knees. As long as you aren't flashing anybody one way or another.
But you don't need to wear something you feel stifled in to be beautiful either, is what I'm trying to say. I don't mean that she is, just that everyone has different boundaries.
you may be right. and yes everybody has his/her own boundaries. but still the point is that there are no stiff standards of beauty every one is beautiful in his own way.
No she is forced to wear that she can't take that stupid headdress off even if she wanted she's lucky enough that she can even show her eyes she would look just as beautiful in any clothes THAT SHE WANTS TO WEAR not something that someone said wear this never show skin or you'll end up 6 ft under
Many women enjoy showing their religion by wearing traditional clothing. Don't assume that she has no choice just because you wouldn't choose to wear it.
just an opinion tho
Not that her eyes are beautiful.
GET IT?!!
