Evolution is information created over millions of years, in just a 100 years these dogs have de-volved. Information cannot be created. If you leave a computer with a self replicating program it is not going to evolve into an AI.

Darwin's book was about adaptation. No information is created in adaptation. Darwin even prefaced his book with "there is no reason that the contents of this book should shock the religious sensibilities of anyone."
Like i said before, Evolution is the process in which living organisms develop, it is not "information" created over millions of year. We at this very second are evolving but not visibly, our cells are changing to better suit our needs but at an EXTREMELY slow rate as it takes loads of time to change your genes. Evolution also includes the ridding of certain characteristics to make way for other characteristics but in this case, this was CONTROLLED BREEDING. Humans harnessed the different body types and genetic mutations in dogs to better suit the needs of humans. For example, breeding the fluffier St. Bernard dog with another fluffier St. bernard dog to produce a fluffy St. Bernard to make more and more. Also adaption produces "information" as species adapt to better suit our ever changing climate. Hence, new coat colours or beak sizes are formed to suit their needs.
