I either go with "I know" or give a sarcastic reply. I don't really know what to do

*blushes* *says "nahhh you're just saying that"* *proceeds to make a fool out of myself*

I kind of just go quiet or just say "ok"

I usually am a bit flattered, and say "Thank you!" in return
