James Cameron said the scenes of the Titanic in Southhampton were filmed in mirror image (reversed). That's why her mole is on the wrong side of her face.

The "castle" Bran climbs is an old, abandoned tower within the city of Winterfell, and the leave they took in creating that was for the actor, not realistic. In the book it states there holds within the cracks in the stone that he uses to climb.
