Sadly, I'm a gamer in a relationship with a non-gamer. I say "sadly" not because it's horrible or something, but because it would be so enjoyable if we shared this hobby. Then again, I've been very clear about how important it is to me, how many hours I play, when, etc. And she understands, because I think we all have that thing we dedicate to. Also, she says she likes to watch.

Watching is a good compromise. Even my mom liked watching me play the original Tomb Raider back in the day. Some games are fun to watch others play. :)
