Police Officer compares his firearm to a bb gun recovered during a school fight

The BB gun is the one with the open slot in the barrel, the split sight, no clip and weighs enough he can hold it with two fingers.

And its kinda shiny while the real gun has more of a matte finish.

BB guns are weapons, they can't have an orange tip.

Oh I was confusing it with an airsoft gun. I assumed it because I find many people unfamiliar with projectile-shooters think that BB and airsoft are the same thing.

I suppose this is why we call them replicas.
