I really feel like this is a voice over because at the end they keep singing but there is not sound. Also surely they can't be that stupid to do this song.
I don't see what you're talking about, and yes, this is legit. They didn't know about "nigger" being a derogatory term for black people. They only understood that teens are going around calling each other "my nigger". So they used it to try and preach to the youth.
