I totally thought that was two different sentences. He was drunk and ass. And his manager ratted him out to his manager.

It's not that they think it was normal, but that sometimes stuff happens and if it's happened to you before you can't really get mad at it happening to another person.

For some people, getting drunk is normal for them. It is sad, but if that's how they want to do with their lives, so be it. You can't preach your healthy lifestyle on everyone else. Some people just don't want that healthy lifestyle. Let them make their own decision. don't make it for them.
