If it "hasn't been touched in 50 years"....how do you explain the very modern, stainless steel dishwasher in the 2nd photo? I realize there is a picture of a 50 year old washer in another picture...but that 2nd picture...you can even see the LED lights just above the handle.

Well, he probably got a new one. Maybe the old dishwasher broke, and he took out some cabinets so he could leave the original dishwasher, but still get clean dishes.
