Thanks, & congrats to you..it doesnt matter if its been a year or 1 day, what matters is that you have the courage & strength to tell yourself that you are more than this addiction
Awesome! Keep up the good work, the hard fight, and fearlesness of a champ. 9 months sounds like an up hill struggle, I'm sure we all feelt your pain in some way or another, every one has had a struggel... I know I have.
I'm really proud of you!!! ;-;
Today is day 2, I'm off and on all month. So. I'm trying... sort of. Anyway. YAY, I'M PROUD OF YOU AND KEEP IT UP!!!!!!! ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡
Me too. I was clean for a year and 9 months, then I just.. nope. Since then the longest is a week and a half before I end up messing up again.

I'll be 100% honest with you. I only stopped because I didn't want anyone else finding out about it. I have a little brother and if he would've found out I would've hurt him so bad. Any time you feel like you want to harm yourself just remember that someone does care about you. Do not give up. Ever. I tell myself everyday that no matter how sad I get, I will never ever EVER cut myself again. I promise things will get better if you just keep going through whatever's bringing you down. It's hard to stop. I know it is. But once you stop and the thought of harming yourself never comes again you will realize how strong you are. Like I said just keep moving and don't give up.
I've stayed clean by distracting myself when I get tempted. I've taken up writing & its really helped me when I have had a shitty day and need an outlet that wont cause me any damage. Just take up something that seems interesting like art or sports:)
