I have never found a more accurate description of the pain. Maybe now I can show my female friends who don't suffer from cramps during their period and they'll understand.

Obviously people do care. These kinds of things are mainly meant to be kinda semi-jokes. And FYI, some people genuinely do get these kinds of pains (I personally can't walk without doubling over half the time on my period.)
