Not to sound like I'm defending her, but really, //Anita Sarkeesian is not a feminazi///. Like, have you seen her videos? Sure, she's extreme, but occasionally she makes valid points. Just sayin
Can we stop using the word "feminazi"? People connect that with feminism, but there's a real term for it: misandry. It seperates those misandrists from feminism and doesn't sound stupid.
Technically feminazi is, itself, a synonym for misandrist, so it already separates misandrists from feminists(not feminism) just fine, and the stupidity of its sound is a subjective matter and, based on its widespread usage, most people think it sounds just fine.
I think the problem is that the term femenazi was derived from femenism and lots of uneducated people assume they are the same. you see a lot of people on the internet disassociate themselves from femenists because they think they are unfair/unequal to men whereas that's not the femenists but misandrists. I think we need two words that aren't at all similar so people aren't confused.
The problem is there are many misandrists with a lot of support who call themselves feminists. They've effectively sullied the word to the point many legitimate egalitarians distance the selves from the word feminism. Though I'm pretty sure most people know that feminist and feminazi are different, based on my experience. It's pretty obvious that it refers to the extreme faction of feminism.
I thought affirmative action was made illegal. It's basically reverse-racism, favoring the "unfavored" as opposed to favoring those who show good qualities.
I don't think that's actually a part of feminism at all.
