Movie etc piracy, its an ad that plays in front of most (older?) Australian (Maybe other countries, i don't know??) DVDs/blurays and so forth to try and combat piracy. Doesn't work..

Yes, we have the same ad in Germany. I guess a lot of countries have this ad

Yeah. It was Created by the MPAA for worldwide anti-piracy use. The ironic thing about it is that they literally stole the music they used from an artist without paying him. He sued and won.
