Are you kidding? The hotdog master 3,000 has one of a kind back-breaking technology. It's the best till you take it off and can't bend down.

This is the Alexanderplatz in Berlin, Germany, one of the busiest places in Berlin. Actual carts would be in the way and run over, so they changed it to those things here. It's not about budgets, it's about survival. ;)
