Red Wolf? What red wolf, all I see is a grey wolf

So many people make a big deal about gray wolves needing to be saved(they aren't endangered) but these are the wolves we need to save!

If it's red, then I think I'm colorblind

That's one remarkably un-red red wolf. All the other pictures of red wolves I've seen look more like this http://i.imgur.com/iWEgb.jpg which explains the name.
But I guess in every species there's going to be a few with odd pigment!

Payton is this wolf red.

These aren't dogs, they're beasts that slaughter livestock and would do the same to humans if given the chance
