Lol no its just uncomfortable. You stuff the fluffy stick in the pink hole. Its easy enough

If you push it far enough up, it's not uncomfortable. Sooo many girls, especially young ones, use tampons the wrong way/dont push them far enough up "the pink hole". You wont feel it if you do it correctly.

I have an important question for everyone in the U.S. (I assume this photo is from the U.S.) - are your tampons seriously this long? I keep seeing these ass long tampons in movies and stuff and now here. I thought that was a joke. I mean my tampons are like half that long. Or is it just the packaging and the tampon itself is a lot shorter?

The tampon itself is shorter, but they come with a mechanism to push them in further.
