This is actually really helpfull if you want to stop cravings. A lot of candy that's like gummybears (I'm Norwegian, so I don't know if this counts for other nations, but it probably does) has gelatin that's made from boiling the marrow out of pig bones. That's really nasty to think about. Eating that. So when I'm like "I really want some, but I know I should'nt", I just think about that and it makes me not want it.

It's quite difficult to find in Norway though.

Actually gelatin can be very good for you. If I remember right, I think it helps support joint health.

Yeah I have to check the ingredients on jelly beans, gummy bears, marshmellows, etc. because it contains gelatin. I'm in the U.S.

I don't get grossed out easily, I guess. I still love sausages, even after knowing how they're made.

Even if I knew, I'd still eat it because it's too delicious to pass up.
